We’ve seen a few reviews recently regarding our delivery packaging, so we wanted to clear things up.

Our takeaway boxes are 100% sustainable, and we work directly with our packaging supplier to make sure we’re using the best possible options for both our food and the environment. 🌱📦

That said, if you ever have ANY issues with your delivery, please let us know directly. In the vast majority of cases, once the food has left us, the delivery itself is unfortunately out of our hands - but we still get penalised for things that happen during transit, which can be incredibly frustrating.

We’d much rather have the chance to put things right than have you leave unhappy.

We’ll always do our best to help. ❤️
