Hi

We've decided to wait till April for the next Cub de Federico meeting as attendance has been pretty dismal since Christmas. This could be due to the cold weather or a general ou8tbreak of couldn't-be-asked-ness on Sunday evenings! So, we hoping to revamp things when the weather turns better, with the group meeting on the balcony upstairs at Fred's, basking in the Levy Sunshine and sipping pints of pina colada.....

In the meantime, will continue our occasional posts of all things referring to Spanish, including press stories, bad jokes etc that we have been doing.

b] "handcuffs" as in "me han atado con esposas" [they have tied me up with handcuffs]

Don't ask me to explain it, more than my life is worth!

Brings a whole new context to " I was tied to the bed with handcuffs"!!
