Platinum Lace Leicester Square is the benchmark in adult entertainment, offering a luxurious and sophisticated venue. Quality and comfort are an integral part of the entertainment experience. Unlike the 'Loud and Proud' establishments found elsewhere in Leicester Square, Platinum Lac opened its simple black doors in a more muted manner. It's owners, experienced in running Gentlemen's Clubs, but tired of the 'same-old' model, sought to shake up the industry and express Striptease in a new and thought provoking way. Platinum Lace breaks with convention and represents the true diversity of beauty. They do not conform to the lads mags magazine ideals, nor do they wish to. They understand all too well the subjective nature of what is considered attractive and are happy enough in their own niches, much to the relief of their loyal fans. Stage shows are artistic and refined: there's a 'less tits, more tease' approach to performances and the atmosphere unlocks even the most uptight individuals. Every effortless performance demands the attention of the room, whilst the watchers melt in their seats. The crowd, that enters is equally balanced with men and women, their characters as diverse as the girls. They are united purely by an open-minded attitude and come to enjoy the outstanding beauty and elegance of the performers, their wit and charm, and to celebrate the female form and the pleasure it gives the holder and the beholder. As the performers thrive on the focus they receive, a neo-feminist message starts to surface: Pleasure derived from looking at beautiful women is not reserved for the voyeur only. The object is also the subject whilst enjoying the attention she is being given. At Platinum Lace celebration of the female form is a shared and shameless experience for everyone and there is great power and respect in this for the performers... perhaps the club marks the dawn of a new era for the Stripper and all that go with her?
