Freud FREVD is pronounced "Freud". The V is an upper case Roman U. We liked the form of the letters. Established in 1986, FREUD was the first cafe-bar.

Its secrets include its architecture, its cocktails, its staff and its patrons.

Happy Negroni Week:

£10 Mezcal Negroni

The Mezcal Negroni, often requested but yet to be perfected. For Negroni Week we’ve partnered with Giulio Cocchi OFFICIAL to try and find which vermouth works best for this in-demand drink.

The Storico, a proper sweet-vermouth expression with cinchona and weight.

The Dope Teatro (After Theatre) bring a formidable arse al of wormwood, rhubarb, quassia and chiretta.

The Barolo, gentian and cardamom is viscous, Smokey and tannic.

The Extra Dry, goes in the other direction bringing lemon, white flowers, apple and Angelica.
