Colonel Fox

Colonel Fox Made from a classic London Dry recipe, Colonel Fox’s uses six botanicals, including a healthy hit of juniper, with a sweet back note of liquorice.

1859 was a momentous year when amazing things happened. Darwin published the Origin of Species, photography became cheap enough for everyone to enjoy and The Cremorne Pleasure Gardens on the banks of the Thames were at their height of popularity. The debaucherous Victorians loved their food and drink and the enjoyments in the gardens were presided over by Colonel Fox who concocted his own delicious gin which we are lucky enough to be able to enjoy today.
