Still pulling for Duck. 🦆 Our bartender Duck McMillan is off work with serious health complications, and his fundraiser is still open.

Whatever you can give — or a quick share — helps ease the load while he recovers. Thank you, H&T family. ❤️

Every contribution to Duck McMillan's fundraiser — big or small — gets him closer to his goal. Our friend and bartender is off work focusing on his health, and the H&T community showing up means everything.

Thank you to everyone who's chipped in so far. 🦆❤️

Now he's dealing with serious health issues and off work — let's return the favour. Donate or share what you can. 🦆❤️

Here's what's hitting the plates this afternoon 🥄

🐟 Fish ceviche with octopus causa — tilapia in leche de tigre, sweet potato, mote, cilantro, over a creamy octopus causa
🐙 Octopus causa al olivo — pressed Peruvian yellow-chili potato, octopus, homemade olive sauce, avocado
🦐 Shrimp causa — shrimp in homemade golf sauce, lime, yellow chili

Pick 2 for $30 or get all three for $40. Both causas come with spicy cream + toasted corn. Our new cook's first run — come be the taste test.
