We are very excited to invite you to MAMA's, an oasis in the heart of London situated on the first floor of the historic Menier Chocolate Factory, London Bridge - our first permanent home!
A little bit about us... Mama Marbles are a tribe of fearless Fe/males born from a marriage between immersive arts collective Marbles & Ware and supper club Slap Ya Papa. A unique and passionate group of creatives who specialise in immersive events. They activate and inspire, creating platforms for people to explore their wild side.
MAMA’S is a non exclusive arts club champions live music, ethical food and creative events. MAMA’S at the Railway Garden comes complete with a secret walled garden, offering somewhere to celebrate, feast and relax. As independent venues continue to close in London, we are hoping to redress the balance by building a space with creativity, originality and inclusivity at heart. Alongside music, arts and wellness, we will be engaging the local bankside community with monthly residents meetings; championing cultural diversity with a programme of discussion groups & talks; and encouraging creativity with a series of workshops.
Our vision is to create a home from home where ideas have space to breathe and grow. Everyone has their own story and these exist in a multitude of forms; written, spoken, sung, worn, eaten. When we hear the stories of others it helps us to find solace in our own. MAMA’S is a space built on these stories, a place for them to be shared and celebrated.
