Room 43 is looking for a full time Bar Manager, 5 days a week (40 hours).

We are looking for a bar manager passionate about cocktails and food who can make the bar their own.

We are a young couple with passion for food, drinks and music. We established Room 43 in 2017 with a collection of weird and wonderful ideas about how to run a little neighbourhood bar and kitchen. We play live jazz every Fri, Sat and Sun and have stand-up comedy every Wed. Today we have a network of over 1000 comedians and musicians and were voted top 10 best restaurants to dine in London over 2019 and 2020.

We think our customers like us a lot and that's because of our our amazing staff. They gave us 4.6 stars on Google, 5.0 on TripAdvisor, 4.8 on OpenTable, 5.0 on SquareMeal, 5.0 on Design My Night, and 4.9 on Facebook.

Perks and Pay:

1. Gym membership at a local gym. We'd like to keep you fit and healthy.

2. Staff eat from the same menu as our customers. We do not do "staff food"

3. You and your partner will be invited to our staff party which is hosted at our house twice a year.

4. All service charge is split between staff. The venue does not hold anything or deduct any "admin fees"

5. Opportunity to shape the menu and put your crazy and wonderful ideas into practice and onto our menu

6. Friendly team. 0 hierarchy.

7. Opportunity to run your own events such as masterclasses end-to-end. We encourage an entrepreneurial spirit. No idea is a bad idea. Try, fail and try again. You will keep the majority of the profit for your events.

8. Pay: £30,000 - £34,000

9. 28 days fully paid annual leave.
