Alessandro first discovered lemon verbena during his time there and has returned to it for one of Dukes Bar’s seasonal serves. The vodka is infused in-house for around five to six days, before being served from the martini trolley, without ice, in a frozen martini glass.

Belvedere Vodka, infused in-house with fresh lemon verbena for six days, meets Sacred Amber Vermouth - an English vermouth originally available exclusively at Dukes.

Frozen until ready to pour, the martini is served straight from the trolley into a frozen glass and finished with a twist of lemon. Bright, herbal and available while the verbena lasts.
