6 weeks on ….
Unfortunately there’s no good news to report, the bar is still damp and building works haven’t commenced as a result.. still hoping for a late January reopen🤞🏽

Unfortunate timing… due to a rather large burst water mains in Kentish Town on 31/10 and the resulting 2ft+ of water our bar was ‘sat’ in for most of the day ,having had time to assess the damage & drain we are left with no choice but to close for the foreseeable… it’s out of our hands and needing a lot more work than we could have anticipated so our estimations are nearing 6 weeks at least . Apologies to all our lovely and loyal customers,guests and friends .. to all the Christmas shindigs we’re regrettably having to cancel .. we’re asking ourselves why this didn’t happen in the summer when we’re inevitably in low season (thanks Thames water ) but then if you know our history you’ll know we like a challenge and don’t do things by half 🥴 if anyone needs our services to rock up to your living rooms/house parties / bah-mitzvah’s and make some drinks ,let’s just say we’ve got some time on our hands ,get in touch !?!
… Entering our 13th year as an independent cocktail bar with a bang but when we do reopen , we’ll be better than ever so watch this space !
