What a wonderful night at Great Big Kiss last night. A great turn out, a lovely crowd, and it was such a joy playing all those songs once again and seeing some old friends that I haven't seen for a couple of years. I was thinking that last night would be the last ever GBK, but maybe we'll do another?

It's actually been very emotional going through my records for Great Big Kiss tonight. I haven't opened these record boxes since the last Great Big Kiss in 2024, and they've been sitting around, literally gathering dust (a few of the boxes need a good wipe down!), untouched, all but forgotten. But opening the boxes has been like opening a casket of memories - all of those great nights at the Buffalo Bar and The Phoenix, 13 years of them, and all of those great songs, still there, ready and waiting. I was already looking forward to Great Big Kiss tonight, but now I'm really really looking forward to it. I just want to play these records and hear these songs once again and perhaps have a dance or two. It's gonna be a big thing. I hope you can join us.

Catching up with some old friends.
