We are currently CLOSED for our annual team break. Doors are open from Tuesday 6th January as normal.

Leonardo has been in the bar scene since he stepped foot in London from Italia 6 years ago. From some of the best bars in London like Soma and notable Bar Termini, he brings more than just Italian charm. Professionalism, creativity and a master grasp of the art of hospitality.

His favourite drink is the classic Fish House Punch and boy does he make a mean one. But don’t listen to us, come and find out yourself.

Only twice in history has an official sumo basho taken place outside Japan — and this October, it’s happening here in London. At Scales, we’re celebrating in partnership with Hibiki Whisky, serving a one-of-a-kind cocktail inspired by Japanese ritual serves. Crafted with harmony at its heart, it’s our way of bringing the spirit of sumo and Hibiki to the glass.

Say hello to Lin, one of the talented faces behind our bar. Originally from Taiwan, she brings incredible skill, calm organisation, and a touch of creativity to every shift.

Whether it’s crafting a perfectly balanced cocktail or keeping the team running smoothly on a busy night, Lin always makes it look effortless. We’re lucky to have her, and so are our guests.

She loves a twist on a classic and always up for a challenge, so feel free to come and test her!

We’re moving our menu to the next seasonal availability of ingredients. This year, we’re causing up a ruckus and changing most of our menu. Your favourite could be in danger!

With that said, we’re working on some delicious new creations. Keep your eyes peeled for clues on what could come.
