Announcement.

Big news here, folks. With heavy heart we have to announce that we needed to permanently shut the bar down on Wednesday as we’ve been asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect.

We would like to take a moment to thank all our wonderful guests who supported us during our time here. You all made it worth it and we loved having you over at the bar. What now? While we regroup and put our thoughts and ideas in order, you’ll hopefully still see us here and there, with pop-ups or guest shifts. Please reach out if you have a space that needs activating!

Crossroads have become more than a bar some time ago - with our book on Bubbles launching recently and our consultancy arm , led by and .girotto. We believe that our contribution to the hospitality industry is not yet complete.

We would also like to take a moment to thank our magnificent team for unrelenting support during this weird time. Some of us have now been left without a job and if your bar team needs brilliant people please reach out and we’ll put you in touch. Next week we’ll be in touch with everyone that had their tables or events booked at ours in the coming weeks and months.

Before we keg them and dispense through our draught system, all our drink go through a quite rigorous QA process.

And it usually begins in a plastic bottle!

That’s when we see if the balance of the drink is perfect, the bubbles are just the right size or if there’s any excessive foaming.

All to bring you a perfect drink to the table in the shortest possible time.

Crossroads x St. Germain Liqueur // Steam Extracted Gooseberry // Celery // Carbonated Riesling

One of the newest fellas on our menu, this spritz is ready for the Summer!

We’ve taken a bit of a scientific approach to this one (see the second slide). First, we analysed the Elderflower flavour based on its chemical constituents. Then we found out in what other flavours these aromatic compounds are present. We then paired the elderflower with the ones we thought would work best, et voila!

Served super cold, straight from one of our taps, it’s ready for you when you are.

Our book, Bubbles: A Guide to Carbonated Cocktails officially launches on Monday 12th August.

The countdown is on and we’re chuffed to announce that the incredibly talented has kindly written the foreword to Bubbles: A Guide to Carbonated Cocktails 📖🫧

As the man who opened the conversation on proper carbonation almost 15 years ago, as well as inspiring us to begin building the initial setup/concept , it’s only fitting he wrote the first words our readers would read.
