From 22-28 June, Lucy Wong joins , a week-long celebration of Asian craft and flavour across the city.

Our signature serve: the Omija-Cha Berry Collins. Orientalist Gunpowder Gin, Korean omija-cha berry tea, honeyed lemon oleo, soda water, finished with crispy sweet soy seaweed.

Five flavours in one sip, as the old stories tell it.

Pair it with Siu Mai dim sum and let the evening do the rest.
