Experience three Michelin-starred dining at the Lecture Room & Library, with a new three-course lunch menu from our French MasterChef Pierre Gagnaire ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beginning with a selection of feuilletés, the menu moves through native lobster prepared three ways, Bresse chicken roasted on the crown, and a composed trio of desserts, before petits fours to finish.

Lunch is accompanied by a half-bottle of w**e, chosen from a considered selection from the cellar.
