The Kraken has awakened 🖤

Our first Living Relic Terrarium masterclass was incredible, thank you to everyone who joined us!

Legend tells of a merchant ship attacked by the monstrous Kraken. The ship was lost, apart from a few barrels that survived, stained black by the Beast's ink. When The Inferno's crew recovered these barrels, one had become a vessel for life itself, encrusted with rare deep-sea moss and mysterious flora from the Kraken's realm.

Legend tells of a merchant ship carrying barrels of spiced rum and exotic spices from the Caribbean, that was ferociously and furiously attacked by the monstrous Kraken beast. The ship was lost, apart from a few barrels that survived, stained black by the Beast's ink. But the story doesn't end there...

When The Inferno's crew recovered these floating barrels, they discovered that whilst some still contained this precious spiced rum, one had become a vessel for life itself. Encrusted with rare deep-sea moss and mysterious flora from the Kraken's realm, the barrel revealed nature's defiance against even the most fearsome legend.

To celebrate this spirit of unexpected life born from darkness, we have decided to honour The Kraken with this exclusive masterclass series.

Step into a world of myth, mystery, and living art for an unforgettable, hands-on experience at Rhum Tavern with You'll craft your own self-sustaining ecosystem inside an authentic Kraken Rum bottle — all while enjoying signature Kraken cocktails.

- 60–90 minute guided terrarium masterclass by
- All materials: gravel, terrarium compost mix, Fittonia and Asparagus ferns, bun moss, decorative stones

The workshop begins with a brief introduction to the history and science of terrariums, followed by an overview of the materials. You’ll then watch a step-by-step demonstration explaining how terrariums function as self-sustaining ecosystems. After that, you’ll create your own terrarium using tools and materials, set inside a Black Spiced Rum bottle. The session concludes with watering and care guidance, and you’ll leave with a take-home guide to keep your terrarium healthy.
