I think a little explanation about my business name is order. Amendment XVIII is the piece of American legislation that started prohibition. Temperance is a movement started before prohibition which wanted people to stop drinking alcohol because they thought alcohol was 'evil', and ruined lives. So my business name represents this era and I thought 'temperance' was also relevant today since so many people have reduced their alcohol intake or even given up alcohol. There we go a little insight into my name choice. 🙃 Now lets celebrate, mine's a glass of Cava, please 🥳
