The Cabin Club

The Cabin Club The oldest and friendliest club in Liverpool. The Cabin Club was located at the top of Wood Street opposite the the bombed-out church.

It was the last "closed door" club in Liverpool. Very famous for the carousel horse in the basement and original 70's decoration.

Today would have been Brian's birthday.
He started the Cabin Club back in 1960.
If you had the chance to meet him you would not forget and most likely think fondly of him. Lollipops and after 8s would be his epitaph. He was an essential worker of his day, he made people smile and gave them a safe, affordable wonderful place to enjoy a night out, if you could get in.

Ok folks, this weekend is a belter.
Friday is Atomic, 70's 80's and 90's alternative sounds. All your favourites with Red Rooster and the Count.
Saturday we have Electrode, the latest in alternative with a great group of Dj's led by Chris.
Don't stop in, get down early and enjoy yourself while you still can. You only live once, dance.

Hey there everybody, the changes I talked about a while ago are now only 1 month away. So if you love the Cabin as it is now then get down before it changes forever. Tonight is a typical bit of everything night with DJ Jamie, tomorrow it is the GoGo Cage with live bands and stuff downstairs while upstairs is a soul bonanza.

Hi everybody, sorry for the closure last weekend but it was unavoidable. We will be open Friday and Saturday as usual this week and I am looking forward to a great couple of nights.
Friday is the usual cabin mix of tunes and banter. Saturday is ELECTRODE mk 3 (see their webpage for info) top end tunes of an electro/goth/metallic nature.
Don't be late as the music starts at 9pm and the earlier you get here the more you will hear.
