A Message from our trading director:
On behalf of Tapp’d I want to issue a huge apology for our recent delivery issues and lack of communication.
This year we have seen an unprecedented amount of orders, this combined with being let down by our delivery partner on countless occasions and a severe staff shortages has lead to issues we could have never foreseen.
What I would like to say is that every order this holiday season has been sent out within the delivery time frame, and if 1, it hasn’t arrived or 2, it has arrived damaged then I can only apologise on behalf of our delivery partner.
I would like to handle any issues you have personally and do my upmost to alleviate any stress this may have caused you.
Our standards are much higher than this, we will learn from the issues we’ve had over the recent weeks and improve our processes going forward.
