Dear friends,

We’ll be serving our last bowls on 18th April 2026. From day one, it has been a joy sharing our poke bowls and Japanese-inspired dishes with you. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past 2 years. It hasn’t always been easy, but meeting and serving all of you has been truly rewarding.

If you’ve enjoyed our food, we’d be delighted to see you before we close on the 18th!

Our team will be taking a short break to rest and prepare for an exciting comeback in May with a fresh new concept and a completely new look. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

For those who have purchased vouchers, don’t worry. They will still be valid in the coming days.

The beer brand “Harcourt” originated from a Hong Kong–style craft beer bar located in the Altrincham area of Manchester.

After three years of operation, the brand decided to step into brewing and began releasing its own beers.
The founder has professional brewing experience in Hong Kong, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, and has also served as a beer judge in multiple countries. This background brings deep expertise and knowledge to the brewing process.

Harcourt English Hoppy Lager is a highly refreshing and easy-drinking beer. The body is light and crisp, featuring fruity and floral aromas from British-grown hops, adding a distinctive character to a traditional lager style.

It was amazing to see you explore different styles and discover which sake you enjoyed the most ✨ - from sweet and smooth to bold and strong, we had it all!

The response was incredible, so we’re already planning another pop-up in January 🎉 - this time with even more sake for you to explore. We’ll be sharing more details very soon, so if you missed out this time, keep an eye out for our next event 👀
