Very, VERY excited to be doing the aftershow party for RX Bandits at The Cockpit Leeds on Sat 1st Feb! Bandits will be playing their amazing album 'The Resignation' in full and then some, and then DJ-PS will be taking over room 3 of The Garage after the show until the early hours. FUN.

DJ Pinky Swear will be invading London next week and doing a set or two at the Punktastic Christmas Party! The party is on Wednesday 18th December, at The Old Blue Last, and there are a bunch of rad bands playing, and loads of cool dudes will be there, and it's free bloody entry. Come rage!

SUP NERDS. DJ Pinky Swear is back in Garage Room 3 this Saturday. Last time there were plenty of you there and we just had a good old pop punk party like normal, let's do that this Saturday too, yeah!? YEAH.

Right, I should have written this a while ago but I have been delaying the inevitable. I am sure a few of you have seen the new plans for The Garage and maybe have a question. I am going to try my best to keep this concise and informative, but will probably fail on both accounts.

So, basically the deal is Pinky Swear (as we know it) is dead. It pogo'd too hard and drank too much and its heart exploded. It has been decided that instead of doing specialist monthly nights at The Garage in Room 3 (some of which ruled, some of which bombed) that it will change to a weekly room in order to keep some consistency. The new moniker for which is Underground Anthems. So while it won't be quite the same as before, let me explain why all is not lost.

I have somehow now taken on the role of 'DJ Pinky Swear' and will be DJ-ing in Room 3 at The Garage, on the first Saturday of every month, just like before. The ethos of this new room is too play anything out of the mainstream, and to play what the people in the room want to hear. So basically, if you all come down as before, I can still get in a good 2 hour (maybe more!) Pinky Swear set. The room will certainly be more varied, but the bulk of Pop Punk will still be there, as long as I have people to play it to.

So I want to say a big thank you to anyone who has ever come down, requested a song, crowd surfed, human pyramid-ed, joined the group hug and just helped make my stupid little night a success for the last 3 years. While it is sad to see the name go, with your help, we can keep the spirit of the night alive. I need your help now more than ever to make this happen, so stick with me!

The dates I am DJ-ing (as DJ Pinky Swear!) are as follows, starting with a one off tomorrow:

Sat 7th Dec

Quick update for you all: there is no PS in April (as it's Easter Break, The Garage will be going to down to just two rooms: boo, hiss, etc) and the date of the May PS has changed (as Live At Leeds is on the May 4th, we will be on a week later). SO THE NEXT PS IS ON SAT 11TH MAY. We'll miss you...
