It’s with great sadness that we have to announce the closure of Ernies with immediate effect

Unfortunately, we have traded at a loss for a very long time and the increases in costs of energy and other inflation-impacted costs, along with the impact of the well-publicised national economic conditions in the UK affecting many customer's spending power have made continuing impossible.

We’d like to thank all our great management, staff, entertainers and customers for their support and help in building Ernies as far as it was possible to go.

All staff will be paid in full and any bookings will be placed in one of the other Horsforth venues and any deposits returned immediately.

See you all again soon
