🍔📣 WE’RE BACK ON! 📣🍔

We were absolutely gutted that our planned visit from The Forge Kitchen couldn’t go ahead last time due to an unexpected technical issue with the food van - but we’re really pleased to say they’ll now be joining us this Wednesday! 🎉

The Forge Kitchen are an independent, steampunk-themed smokehouse serving up incredible food across the region, including:

🔥 Proper smoked meats
🍔 Smashed dirty burgers
🍟 Dirty fries

Sometimes even the best-laid plans of gentlemen, burgers, and machinery don’t quite go to plan…

Our diesel generator decided to retire unexpectedly yesterday - which wasn’t ideal with The Rendlesham Show today and tomorrow 👀…

A HUGE thank you to Kelly and the team at Gofer Limited who pulled out all the stops to get the truck in first thing this morning. Special mention to Elliot, who worked his magic and got everything up and running again. Thanks to their efforts, Bertram’s Burgers is exactly where it should be this weekend, serving the goods at The Rendlesham Show 🍔✨

For service second to none, and people who genuinely go the extra mile, we can’t recommend the team at Gofer highly enough.

Good heavens! A fresh assortment of nibbly bits 🤩

Whipped goat’s cheese with honey, almonds and pitta, scampi topped generously with our home-Forged tartare, seafood sauce and crispy capers, charred Padrón peppers with a proper lick of salt, and prawn cocktail tacos of the most scandalously good sort.
