Hello folks & hello 2026! 🥰 Apologies for the radio silence on here, we took some time out at the latter part of last year due to some health restrictions and other commitments but now slowly coming out of hibernation…

Last year we took it quite slow & this year will be a little bit of the same with only limited bookings getting taken on, so please do get in touch asap if you are looking for the Tuk Tuk (Alice) or a pop up bar for any events, weddings or festivals! 🍹🎉🌿🥂🍻🌸🍸🥃

Another awesome pre-wedding party at the stunning Achnagairn Castle & Estate yesterday! 🥂🍻🍸🏰🌸💖

It was quite the Italian affair with Fallone's Pizzas & Gelato being drafted in for the catering & sweet delights (including Artisana - Exquisitely Decadent Brownies 🤎) and Alice the Tuk Tuk with Italian fizz on tap out in the patio area… 🇮🇹

We also had a pop up bar inside serving up Scottish spirit serves and cold local craft beer on tap, and brought in John from The Malt Room to do a malt whisky tasting… 🥃

With guests from all over Scotland, the UK, Canada & America there was plenty of options to suit all tastes! 👌

WOW! What a day we had yesterday at Stratherrick & Foyers Community Trust Highland Gathering! 🍻☀️🍹🦌🎶

The rain stayed off (for most of the day!), everyone was in fine form and the drinks were flowing! 👌

We’re a bit short on the photo front given that the queues began at midday and continued right through in to the after party! No running out of beer this year but you guys did manage to smash nearly 4 kegs! 😉

Big thanks to the organisers and crew, Claire for being my awesome co-bartender for the day, dad for being on food run & change stand-by, and everyone that came along, lots of banter was had! 🥰

Hopefully see you all again next year…

Final prep is well underway for this weekends bar at Stratherrick & Foyers Community Trust Highland Gathering and look how pretty these bottles of Dark Art Distillery Agave Spirit are…this stunning spirit will be getting used in our Paloma cocktails, a refreshing summertime cocktail featuring agave spirit, lime juice, agave nectar, pink grapefruit soda and topped up with pink grapefruit soda, lush! 🥰🍹☀️

So a few weeks ago whilst out in the Outer Hebrides we paid a wee visit to North Uist Distillery to see the team, sample some gin, enjoy some cheeky cocktails and pick up some stock for next weekends Highland Gathering! 🍸👌

We’ve got their Coast & Croft Gin for regular serves, Pink Grapefruit for something a bit different, and their Sloe & Bramble Gin which can either be served straight up over iced or mixed with a little bit of blood orange soda for a delicious serve! 🍊🥰

We also have a small selection of their mini sets which are adorable and will be available to buy for off sales…
