A new addition to the counter is our Cherry Bomb Choux Bun 🍒 a crisp choux bun filled with chocolate whipped ganache, chocolate sponge and a punchy cherry compote. All finished with a maraschino cherry! Delicious!! Available all week ❤️

Strawberry Cheesecake Speckled Egg Macarons 🐣 These little cuties will be on the counter all week 🌸 crisp & chewy pastel macaron shells filled with a cream cheese whipped ganache and strawberry compote. HOT X BUNS 🔥 we now have beautiful, soft hot cross buns, baked fresh every day, from now until the end of Easter holidays 🐣 served as they are or toasted with salted butter 🧈 stuffed full of chai soaked raisins. Stunning!!

This summer we are bringing you brand new treats and bakes all inspired and made using AI software!
The “Lattice Bloom”
A pastry that opens as it bakes, transforming from a tight geometric shell into a blooming, multi-textured structure

The “Glass Coil”
A spiral pastry encased in a thin, glass-like caramel shell that shatters when tapped—revealing soft, laminated layers inside.

The “Steam Pocket”
A sealed pastry that traps aromatic steam inside, released when the guest tears it open.

The “Layered Custard Brick”
A pastry that eats differently depending on how you slice it.
