Good evening all,

For those who know me it’s not in my nature to cause a fuss and I always do my very best to go above and beyond for all of our guests. Sometimes this can fall by the weighside if I’m having a mental health blip. It’s not often it happens but sometimes it does interfere with how I interact with the public, my bubbliness fades away. I was having one of those times on the run up to our 1st ever Sunday Roast Service, it was an extremely hard day for me but I put it to the side and carry on the best I can.

I need to bring this very harsh, unfair and untrue post into the public forum. This party was our 1st ever table we served a Sunday Roast to. It was the 1st table of 8 in on 1st March. I know this is gonna be a very long winded post but I need to address each and every one of these accusations. I agree the veg was a little on the crunchy side and yes there should have been more veg but everything else is incorrect and based on limited information the guest has filled in all the blanks especially about the kitchen conversation which wasn’t about their table.

I will respond on trip advisor at a later date to try and put things straight there so that potential customers can see my response but I fear that the damage has been done.

I will post this review 1st but will repond with my own
