Carne x Villa Loredana, Tuscany 🇮🇹 This September, we’re heading to Tuscany for a three-night food and wine escape at Villa Loredana.

From 25 - 28 September, join us for a long weekend of food by Carne’s Phil Bartley, local wines and plenty of time to enjoy the villa and surrounding Tuscan countryside.

The stay includes three nights in an en-suite double room, daily breakfast, all dinners with wine, plus a winery visit and tasting.

£900 per person, based on two people sharing a double room. Additional nights are also available.

Our next wine dinner, Tour De France, arrives at Carne on Thursday 10th September, with a five-course menu inspired by France and a wine pairing selected for every course 🍾

From Comté gougère with Crémant de Bourgogne, through to côte de boeuf with Cahors Malbec, finishing with Camembert brûlée and Banyuls 🍷

While quality meat sits at the heart of what we do, Carne is about the whole experience. Seasonal dishes, a considered selection of wines and cocktails, and a relaxed space for dining, drinking and bringing people together.

Pique & Mixe, a fresh southern French white made from Piquepoul and Terret, with bright citrus, crisp acidity and a subtle saline finish.

Our wine fridge is home to our bottle-only selection, spanning France, Italy, Spain, England and beyond. Think Puligny-Montrachet, Assyrtiko, Albariño and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, alongside rosé and lighter reds served chilled 🍾

The Tzatziki-Tini 🍸🥒 Tanqueray Gin, yoghurt-clarified cucumber cordial, mint and acid-adjusted apple. Fresh, savoury and definitely not your usual martini.
