Hey ladies - you asked for footwork last week, and that’s exactly what we’ve got lined up for you later! Four bars (don’t panic!) incorporating a variety of steps, stances, syncopation and even a cheeky bit of contra body movement to top it off. Looking forward to teaching this combo to you all later 😘

Make sure you stay hydrated tonight! If you get too hot and need to step out for a while that is absolutely fine (my reflexes aren’t quick enough to catch fainting dancers...)
