Active Minds These sessions aim to stimulate and improve resident’s cognitive faculties and meet many of their social needs by using a wide and varied set of resources.

We have been providing activity and stimulation therapy to the residents in care home environments since 1994,weekly, fortnightly, monthly and one-off structured therapy sessions, individually tailored to suit the likes, dislikes, needs and abilities. ies of the residents. Every week we come in with something different and interesting. Each session is structured so that it provides a socially interactive programme that includes stimulating reminiscence, intellectually challenging quizzes, invigorating games and lots of fun and laughter!
