-Deposit of £20 per person is required to Confirm all Reservations. Please see cancellations policy in regards to refunds.
-Christmas Lunch - Full payment in advance . Nonrefundable ! .
-New Year's Eve- Full payment in advance . Nonrefundable !

-We require Deposit payment within
48 hours in order to secure and confirm the reservation.
-Without a successful Deposit payment, we reserve the right to Cancel the Provisional reservation if not confirmed immediately !!! Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations must be received in writing (via email or post) in advance of the event. The following cancellations charges apply:
a. 6+ weeks notice: Full refund,
b. 5-6 weeks notice: 60% refund
c. 4-5 weeks notice: 40% refund
d. 0-4 weeks notice: No refund
e. Failure to attend: No refund
In the event of booking cancellation We can offer to carry over Deposits paid to alternative date or issue vouchers . Deposits can be paid by Credit or Debit card over the phone or in Cash or Bank Transfer - call our reservations line on 01493331000

We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. Once deposit has been provided , we will send you a confirmation; this constitutes our acceptance of your reservation
When accepting bookings over the telephone, we will ask for your credit or debit card details in order to obtain deposit to secure the reservation. Provision of such details shall constitute an offer by you to reserve a table with us and any such reservation shall be subject to our
Cancellation Policy. Deposits are refundable only if the booking is cancelled / or the party is reduced in number 48 hours prior the reservation. Where Notice of Table Cancellation or reduction in party number is given in less then 48 hours , deposits are not refundable and cancellation fees will apply. We regret that we are unable to meet all of the requests for table reservations that we receive. If no tables are available for your date , we will be happy to offer you alternative date or please do request to be added to our cancellation list. All reservations will be confirmed via either email , phone call , text message or Facebook message - depending on the media used to make the reservation. Please allow us 2 working days to confirm the booking (We are closed Sunday ,Monday & Tuesday)
If, for some reason , confirmation has not been received , please contact us on 01493 331000. We would kindly ask you to stick to your Reservation Arrival Time to Avoid any Delays in Service . Should you be running late for any reason, please call us to let us know. CANCELLATION POLICY :
How do I cancel my reservation? It is advisable that Cancellations are made by calling us direct on 01493 331000 or alternatively you can send us email : [email protected]
What could I be charged if I cancel my reservation? We ask that sufficient prior notice (set out below) is given should you wish to cancel or change your reservation. Where you fail to provide such notice, we reserve the discretion to charge you a cancellation fee (set out below) to your card and/or cancel your reservation. In the event that the Booking is Not honoured in Whole or in Part by you , or you Fail to Arrive Without Notice, or it is Cancelled by you with Less the 48 Hour Notice - it will be at the discretion of Pamela’s Restaurant to charge Cancellation FEE of £ 50 per person to the Credit Card Provided . We are sorry that cancellation charges have become necessary but regrettably our experience dictates this precaution.We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit or debit card card company. If we are able to resell your reservation no payment will be taken. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim existing from, or related to, this Cancellation Policy.
• All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only.
• All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 6 month validity period.
• All vouchers must be booked in advance.
• Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine’s Day, Fathers Day or Mother’s Day. Please ask when booking. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

We cannot send Gifts & Experience Vouchers internationally. Simply bring your voucher along when visiting us, presenting it to your server when you arrive. If booking in advance please quote your voucher number at the time of booking . Purchasers must be 18 or over. Vouchers are non-refundable. Your voucher is valid for 6 months. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your meal. If there is a remaining balance available on your voucher at the end of the meal this can be issued as a new voucher but the same expiry date will be applied. Vouchers are to be redeemed on or before the expiry date. Any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Postal vouchers. There are additional costs associated with provision of a postal voucher. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded. Can I cancel my Reservation /Booking / Voucher /Deposit due to unrest or natural disaster? Please note in the event of natural disaster / virus pandemic outbreak all reservations will be temporary cancelled . All vouchers purchased and with expire date will be extended. Any deposits paid will be carried to alternative date in the near future , when it is safe for the public and the business to re-open. Alternatively, we can issue you with a voucher for the amount of the deposit paid. If you are not able to use the voucher your self , feel free to sell the voucher to friends or family or donate to charity. Pamela's Private Membership is strictly by invitation only and is sold at the sole discretion of the management. Telephone calls may be recorded and used for training and/or monitoring purposes. SERVICE CHARGE:
12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill. This is distributed equally between all members of staff. DRESS CODE:
Smart Casual Dress Code is observed throughout the whole building
(i.e. no sportswear, trainers , shorts, beachwear, ripped clothing or flip flops/sports sandals). Please note the management reserves the right to Refuse Entry if the overall appearance of the guest violates the Dress Code Policy. PARKING :
Complimentary Secure Parking is available for our guest upon request. LARGE PARTY BOOKINGS / PRIVATE PARTIES:
We cater for Private Dinning /Corporate Lunches and Entertaining /Birthdays/ Small Weddings / Family Gatherings and all other Special Celebrations. For private function events terms and conditions shall be discussed on an individual basis. Pamela’s restaurant dining room sitting arrangement and our large Bar and Champagne Lounge allow us to comfortably cater for large parties of up to 50 people for sit-down dinner or up to 70 people for other party arrangements . There is NO HIRE CHARGE. The entire restaurant can be especially open and hired for parties even during our non-operational days. Please contact us for full details. We source the most seasonal fresh produce from our suppliers and our menus change all the time , therefore please note that the Menu available to view on Facebook is only a Sample Menu. Our Event Manager will contact you about your event to discuss individual needs. This is when you will also be sent the menu which will be served at your event. We would ask you to select a menu in advance to suit your party. While our menus are set, we aim to accommodate all dietary requirements and offer additional alternatives like Gluten Free, Dairy Free , Nut Allergies, Pescatarian, Vegetarian or Vegan - those additional Menus are available upon request only .
