Don’t be fooled by the price — Flat Iron is one of the most tender, flavoursome cuts of beef around, and when it’s cooked properly… it’s unreal. 🤌🏻

Beautifully seared, juicy, full of flavour and served medium rare just how we like it at Tender.

Add a bowl of our Parmesan fries, your favourite sauce and an ice-cold beer… job done. 🍺🥩

If you normally go straight for a fillet or ribeye, give the Flat Iron a chance next time. We reckon you’ll be amazed how good it is. 👀
