We’ve been a bit quiet over here at Aye Heavy since our last outing at where we hosted .d__ & . We just want to say a huge thank you to the boys for coming and sharing our debut in the club. The night was filled with music from all across the world, .d__, , and went for a monumental b4b for the full 4 hours and there’s no other selectors we would have chosen to do so. The night was filled with happiness and and slight sadness as we saw depart on his travels for his final night under the AH banner, we wish him nothing but the best on his trek around the globe 🌍

As for Sunni and Josh, thanks again for joining us and since then, they have been smashing it with some massive gigs and there’s certainly going to more of that for them in the future 💕

We have some news coming in the following days of this post to mark what has been a great time dancing together all across Glasgow ❤️💃🕺

It’s all kicking off, .d__ & have landed in Glasgow! We’re off for a bite to eat then we’ll be live on for an extended special 2 hour set to give you a flavour of the tasty jams being spun in from 11pm-3am alongside our residents and for the final outing together with Aye Heavy, this one will certainly be one for the history books! 💕🔥

1/2 of the DJ’ing side of : .d__

A long-awaited return of Sunni D since we last hosted him in 2022, our first booking since doing regular nights and if you were there at the packed our broadcast you will know how much of a wonder he is to see DJ. Since then, he has broke through the DJ scene spreading his sonic delights in some of the UK’s most iconic venues like , and whilst supporting some of the best there is around at the moment such as Millie McKee, Dar Disku and Mafalda to name a few.

With a name like Sunni D, his excitable style is contagious and spreads joy on the dance floor leaving no space for what could have been, a library so deep you could get lost in his energetic, eclectic selections. His selection and DJ skills has seen him travel all across the globe, touring Germany, France, the Netherlands and most recently making his Latin-American debut in Brazil last February.

If all that isn’t enough, him and his musical partners , and co-founded Discothèque Tropicale. Delivering borderless music specialising in crate digging and sharing music not know to the digital age. As a collective they celebrate dance music culture from every end of the globe, throwing parties in some Englands best venues like , and playing renowned festivals such as and .
