🌸✨ WOMEN’S SOUND BATH – THIS SUNDAY ✨🌸
Tea House on the Loch | Sunday 14th December | 1pm–3.30pm
If you’ve been feeling tired, emotionally full, or like you just need a proper pause before Christmas… this is for you.
This Women’s Sound Bath is a deeply calming afternoon designed to help you slow down, let go, and reconnect with yourself in the most peaceful setting.
What you’ll experience:
• A long, soothing crystal sound bath
• Chakra clearing and balancing
• Energetic cord cutting (releasing what no longer serves you)
• Gentle, room-wide Reiki
• Guided relaxation and meditation
• Quiet time to rest, breathe and simply be
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just space to soften and reset.
Held at the beautiful Tea House on the Loch, this session takes place under a waning crescent moon — a powerful time for release, renewal and starting again.
Weather permitting, we’ll also spend a little mindful time outdoors by the loch.
There are only a few spaces left, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
