Day 25 of is 🍸

We were tired of seeing “ready-to-drink” options that were either overpriced or packed with artificial junk. So we made our own.

Our Highland Rhubarb Fizz is crafted with real, locally grown rhubarb and premium Rock Rose Gin from the Highlands. This cocktail should not work this well at this size…

Day 19 of is Tiny Tipple 🍐✨

So naturally… we went miniature.

This little serve combines the incredible pear & peppercorn liqueur from Mouse Kingdom with Portofino Gin and a splash of Double Dutch Grapefruit Soda for a bright, crisp finish.

Tiny glass. Tiny straw. Tiny garnish.
Questionably tiny self-control.

Honestly though… this combo is ridiculously good. The pear and peppercorn notes with the citrus bitterness from the grapefruit soda work far better than they have any right to.

Day 13 of the challenge is 🍹 falling perfectly on 🍸

We’re showing off our smoked orange negroni from our recent bar takeover at MacGregors in Inverness 🥃

The secret to a complex, smoky Negroni isn’t necessarily a blowtorch, it’s this bottle. All the flavor, none of the drama.
�30ml x Smoked Orange Gin�30ml x Sweet Vermouth�30ml x

Stir over ice and garnish with an orange circle 🟠

Easy.
