Producer and Dj, 90s Kidd is the underground rave project of FROSKI, inspired by the Clubland Classixs, 90s rave culture and the video games of his youth. His signature „Nu-90s“ sound takes the form of Breaks, Hard Dance, Techno, Trance and Hardcore.

eurokels is a versatile selector known for weaving hypnotic grooves into high BPM chaos. A resident DJ at Queering Techno and a regular in Glasgow’s club circuit, she moves through genres with flair and feeling.

Hello friends,

is here and finally we have a free and fresh open-air all dayer coming up on Saturday 20th of June. Phlox residents and friends will heat up the Barras backyards with danceable world tunes; inspired electronica, leftfield to jungle in the sun with a pint or a dog. Whilst we are also saying farewell for now to Phlox co-founder Alex, who will be moving back to Germany this summer.

Expect additional perks and activities on the day. (It wouldn’t be a Phlox event without extravagant decor and bewildering details) We will post about these extra highlights in the next days. Stay tuned.

For this .glasgow show we are back on to create collaborative Sound Poetry. We invited several sound artists to “sound” ’s poems ahead of pre-publication, written and spoken by her.

About Tea Dukic Young:
Of Croatian and Canadian background, was raised between Spain, and Austria before moving to Scotland in 2018, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Spanish Literature at the University of Edinburgh.
She began writing plays and short stories as a child, while also developing her musical pursuits through theatre and as a jazz singer.
Primarily a writer of short stories and prose fiction, she has more recently started experimenting with poetry. Her work explores themes of religion, death, politics and feminism, often framing these through a lens of humour.
Much of her inspiration comes from the intersection of different art forms, with a particular focus on connecting musicality to language in her poetry.
She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Creative Writing at the University of Glasgow, where she is working on her debut novel, Funerals, Frills, F**kery, as well as developing her first poetry collection.

It’s officially 2025. And we are excited to start the first Phlox radio show on in the new year with no other feature than the magic breaks of Berlin based music producer ✨

Born in 1996 in Belgrade, Serbia, moved to Italy in 1999, moving through different areas of the north of the Country. She discovered her passion for electronic music production in 2013 experimenting with the first beats with FL Studio. Soon discovers Ableton Live and Synthesizers and, in 2017 starts her career in the Underground Tekno scene of north Italy, between Turin and Milan. Finally moves to Berlin at the end of 2019, where she expands her music tastes, learns from new influences, and collaborates with international collectives.
In the last years of her life in Berlin, new passions and side projects were born, such as cultural projects & collectives, music production for video games, and sound system construction.
Big fan of UK bass music, Free Tekno Movement, and Alternative Rock, her sound is full of fast rhythms, breaks, hypnotic sounds, and “Rusty sounds”, but still spacing between a variety of BPMs and genres: from trippy hip hop beats, to electro breakbeat and fast Tekno.
She usually performs Live Sets with Ableton Live, Controllers, and synths.

❇️Introducing our VJ for this evening❇️

Emma Diamond’s love for live visual stems from an aesthetic vocabulary formed in years of fashion shoots, oil painting and hairdressing. Similarly to her approach to DJing she subtly layers textures and languages and invites you to become a citizen of her lightscapes. Her last gallery work “hair.wav” centred around a macroscopic exploration of minuscule visual worlds, while in her recent Japan tour she experimented with digital and analog video synthesis.

For this edition of Phlox, Emma has crafted an immersive visual experience inspired by the collective’s unique aesthetic. Drawing from the mysticism of the winter solstice and the transformative power of dance, she brings to life an otherworldly dreamscape where spirits of all kinds are conjured. Expect a journey through stunning, surreal visuals that blur the line between reality and fantasy.

Bringing high energy and funky beats to the poetry club, Gia Bean is taking the reins on the dancefloor this Friday. You may have spotted Gia at the iconic .gla debut, or heard her shapeshifting, serotonin-inducing sets on the airwaves.

Usually flying smooth at north of 140, expect pace and bass. We're stoked to have her join us for CRESCENCE!

❇️ Introducing our tripple bill AV live act for this Friday: Phlox residents Eevit_a and JNK come into creative exchange with Ria Bronte and create a collaborative immersive performance❇️

Ria Bronte is a poet and singer from Scotland. Her performances take us into the depths of the heart, offering a permission slip to be raw, unashamed and wildly expressive with whatever we find there.

Eevit_a is part of Phlox and is a DJ who recently started to venture into production. For ‘Crescense’ she is producing as part of an audio visual performance inspired by deep water soundscapes, liquid visuals & spoken word poetry.

Julia Napoleon Ka (JNK) works across Austria, the UK and the Internet in form of VJing, video art, costume design and through life-performances.

Come and experience the premiere of this compelling collaboration live at Crescence.
