🍕 PIZZAIOLO WANTED – DINO’S PIZZERIA, FOLKESTONE
Dino’s is looking for a Pizzaiolo to join the crew.
We’re looking for someone who loves pizza, works fast, takes pride in what they put over the pass and wants to be part of an independent pizzeria rather than another soulless chain.
THE JOB
You’ll be working across our pizza section, including:
- Stretching and shaping dough by hand
- Topping pizzas quickly and consistently
- Working the pizza oven during busy services
- Dough preparation and daily mise en place
- Maintaining quality, portion control and presentation
- Keeping your section organised and spotless
- Helping us develop specials and new pizzas
- Being part of a small team where everyone gets stuck in
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ideally, you’ll already have experience working with pizza and dough, but attitude is just as important as experience.
You need to be:
Fast. Reliable. Clean. Calm under pressure.
You should genuinely care about making great pizza and be comfortable working busy evenings and weekends.
Experience with hand-stretched pizza and high-temperature pizza ovens is a big advantage.
