Hey

If you wanna get fit or just have fun we have classes for everyone. So come and join us every friday at st saviours church hall folkestone.

We will also be running a new class this term.

5.15-6pm Atomicz. ages 6-11
6.15-7pm Sonicz. ages 12-16
7.15-8pm Pulsez. ages 16+
8.15-9pm Wicked Innocence. (Adults only 18+)

Hi Guys

Hope everyone has had a good summer break? I want to let people know that classes will start again on friday 14th sept. We will also be running a new class this term which is means that There has been changes to the time table:

5.15-6pm Atomicz.
6.15-7pm Sonicz.
7.15-8pm Pulsez.
8.15-9pm Wicked Innocence.
