We have two new wines that you are going to love.

The first is a white Vinho Verde that is tropical and bright. We also have a Vinho Verde Rosé which is totally dry and packed with berry flavors. Both of them have a natural little zip to them that makes them incredibly refreshing. They are absolutely perfect for this sunny weather.

The secret to the perfect fruit syrup. 🍓✨

Did you know that frozen fruit is great for making syrups? Flash frozen fruits will be at peak ripeness and will have locked in loads of delicious flavour. We make osmosis syrups using frozen fruit to get the best flavour extraction. 

It is super simple to make at home. Just weigh out your frozen fruit, add the sugar to a sealable container, give it a good shake, and leave it in the fridge until the liquid pulls out. We are using raspberries for this one, but you can use strawberries or blueberries or any flash frozen fruit to switch things up. 👇
