I'd just like to say to anyone that came to Refuge last night, a massive thank you, you were and excellent crowd and danced right til the end of the last record. The best thing about it was apart from a couple of people, we didnt know any of you. I don't know how you heard snout it or if it eas by chance but it was brilliant having new people really getting off on our music.
Now then, we were 3 DJs down so Mark Allen and David Green aka Verdi both brought 2 big record boxes and played and hour each then swapped back and forth, I (Connor) played a live hardware set and then them 2 continued with a b2b 3 record each set.
Oh my God, the music was unreal, its not often 2 DJs jell so quickly and they smashed it all night.
Verdi, welcome to the Downfall family. Mark, again thank you.
Special thanks to James from Jam The Channel, for getting us in the venue, having a wicked sound system and decks in there. All the staff at The Mermaid and downstairs Refuge were excellent and Reggie the manager was brilliant. Even the security guys were excellent.
