Meet Michael!

He’s got a real passion for hospitality and has now stepped out of the kitchen to become our new general manager!

Michael started his career as a chef, working and training as part of the kitchen brigade for the notorious two Michelin star chef, John Burton-Race.

He then progressed his career, amassing plenty of experience in the kitchen and over the last nine years has worked in various well-known hotels, pubs and fine dining restaurants.

At home, he has a passion for anything on two wheels or four legs - motorbikes and horses, though he has a sight reluctance to cats. Which is odd, as he has two!
