Drink of the Month: Fig Sours ✨

A little sweet, a little sour, with just the right amount of spice.

Our Fig Sour blends brandy, fig liqueur, peppercorn syrup and fresh lemon, finished with a silky foam for the perfect autumn sip.

Rich, smooth and made for evenings by candlelight. 🕯️

🍷 W**e Tasting: Herbs & Spices
This month’s tasting is all about the more aromatic side of w**e: herbs, spices and those wonderfully distinctive flavours you might not expect to find in your glass.

We’ll be tasting 5 w**es with notes of mint, thyme, baking spices and more, exploring where those flavours come from and how they show up across different styles of w**e.

No w**e expertise needed, just come curious, have a sip, and see what you can spot. 🌿✨

Wednesday 9th September | 7PM
£25pp — 5 w**es, nibbles, tasting & talk
📍 Caru by Candlelight, Arch 2, The Arches, East Market Street, Edinburgh EH8 8FS
