A well deserved night out for the people behind The Raging Bull 🖤

This team work unbelievably hard week in, week out to create the atmosphere, service and standards that people know us for — and it was great to see that recognised on a national stage at the Scottish Entertainment & Hospitality Awards.

Bars are built on people.
The late nights, the stressful weekends, the prep, the cleaning, the creativity, the guest interactions, the energy behind the scenes… it all matters, and this group deserve huge credit for what they’ve helped build.

Seeing the team get dressed up, relax for a night and celebrate together honestly meant just as much as the award itself.

Very proud of what we’ve achieved so far — but we’re only getting started.

Absolutely delighted to have been recognised as Highly Recommended in the Best Spirit & Cocktail Bar category at the Scottish Entertainment & Hospitality Awards 2026.

A huge thank you to the organisers for putting on such a brilliant night celebrating hospitality across Scotland — and of course congratulations to all the other venues recognised on the evening.

Most importantly, this recognition belongs to the team at The Raging Bull. The long nights, hard work, creativity, standards and energy that go into this place every single week are what make moments like this possible. Hospitality can be relentless at times, so it’s important to stop and appreciate achievements like this together.

Safe to say the team also thoroughly enjoyed themselves… with some members slightly more invested in seeing JLS and Kelly Llorenna than others 👀😂

We’re incredibly proud to bring another national recognition back to Edinburgh and to The Raging Bull — but we’re not done yet.

Onwards and upwards.

Built around the new Hendrick’s “Another Hendrick’s”, bringing soft orange blossom and cacao into something smoother, silkier… more refined than you expect from a Negroni.

Balanced with Campari and Dolin Sweet Vermouth, then finished with a quiet twist — orange bitters and a touch of Angostura.

This is a martini first — crisp, cold, unapologetically grown up — with just a whisper of strawberry and a soft hit of pink pepper heat.

Built with Edinburgh Gin’s Strawberry & Pink Pepper, layered with Chamberyzette, and sharpened with green strawberry & Mah Kwan pepper bitters.

Clean. Elegant. Slightly dangerous.
