Having spent the last year exploring ‘Densing’, we want this to be community driven in its progression.

Every experiment, question and conversation by you, helps us understand the capabilities and limitations of anything.

That’s one of the things we love most about our industry. Knowledge grows when it’s shared.

After last year’s chaos and caber tossing… we’re doing it all again.

On Monday 25th May, Panda & Sons once again welcomes an incredible line-up of bartenders, bars, brand ambassadors and industry friends from across the world for the second Panda Highland Games - a celebration of global hospitality, ridiculous fun and excellent drinks all together under one roof 🥃🌍

2nd Edition 🐼🥃🤝🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The reaction to our first collab whisky with last year, “Unite The Clans 1st release”, completely blew us away.

So we’re incredibly excited to say… we’ve been working away on the 2nd release.

We sold out of all 100 bottles last year and helped raise funds for the amazing work of - something we’re still hugely proud of 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This next chapter continues the story.

Created once again alongside the brilliant team at Blind Summit Whisky. This new release has a wee bit of last years Malt blend in there. Meaning a portion of the original whisky lives on within every future batch, evolving over time and carrying the history of each release forward. Also allowing us to continue uniting the clans with each release.

A whisky that keeps growing with the community around it.

We’ll be unveiling this release at the next Panda Highland Games, later this month and honestly… we can’t wait for you all to try it!

Buongiorno - a Densed Garibaldi.

Using vacuum homogenisation, ‘Densing’ allows oils and liquids to fully integrate in liquids, changing how a drink carries flavour and texture from first sip to last.

has been using this as one of the clearest examples of what it can do - taking a familiar serve and refining how flavour, texture and aroma sit together in the glass.

A small shift in texture, but a big shift in how the drink lands.

More to come as we continue exploring ‘Densing’.

Olive wood, cherry and rosé working quietly underneath, with that subtle lift of absinthe keeping everything in check.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the world-class American Bar, hosting one night only behind the bar at Panda & Sons for Edinburgh Bar Show 2026!

Like ourselves, The American Bar at Gleneagles is known for its exceptional cocktail menu; their menu focuses on hyperlocal and sustainability.

The energy during the night was electric! Everyone came to enjoy some exquisite cocktails and bar show vibes.
