Since 2003, Ricardo has been on a mission to make people dance—whether from behind the decks or by curating unforgettable events. A dedicated selector with deep roots in house, garage, soul, funk, and even jazz vibes, Ricardo’s journey began in the ’90s as a wide-eyed dancer, chasing legendary sets from icons like Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson, Gilles Peterson, Dave Lee, and Masters at Work across the UK. Now firmly rooted in Edinburgh’s music scene, he is the creator and driving force behind three of the city’s most-loved event brands: The Loft Party Leith, The Get Down, and Up On A Roof.
