This day 2 weeks time we host our yearly summer party where use the outdoor and indoor areas of Bennigans Bar .
To make sure we got the right soundtrack to make it a party we've invited some great selectors from our city and further afield Gary Thomas Dodds Paul Joyce
Eamonn Jennings Ádhamh Monaghan Paul Boyle and Mickey Mc Cauley
Heading up the night we have Gary Dodds from the Belfast area, promoter of the Oscillate events, a regular DJ at Plan B and The Freebooter Lounge events in Belfast, Ibiza, England, West Cork and more, all whilst producing music of many genres with releases on The Freebooter Lounge, Sonar Bliss plus more. A DJ that has that we have felt has improved so much over the past year or so.
Headlining the outdoor vinyl-only area will be Paul Joyce, a past guest from Dublin. A real selector, a maestro on the decks. Also a regular at Plan B parties in Belfast, but also playing parties about Dublin and with a bi-monthly Unify Radio show running out of Cork, he formerly played regular shows on PowerFM, Dublin for many years. We're looking forward to have Paul back.
Backing up Paul Joyce we have Flounder for first set with us at The LoT, but no stranger to the Derry dance, one of the men behind the Inside Out running events all across venues in the city and also featuring as guest a DJ across the country. Flounder brings a great energy to the party with his lively DJ sets.
Then we have 3 guys that have been regular faces at our events on both side of the decks. Paul Boyle, joining the lads outdoor providing the warm-up with years of experience playing dancefloor-moving gooves. Eamonn Jennings has been adding great memories to our lives with pumping DJ sets, he played at our first summer party mid-afternoon which made the punters sit-up and listen. So good to have him back behind the controls. Mickey Mac needs the least introduction, formerly a founding member with The LoT, now delivering great parties with his Flowstate event that have great guests and supporting local talent.

We're looking forward to this event happening in probably the best bar in town. Pints, smiles and dancing are what's in order.

NEXT EVENT
Our now yearly Into The Night event which starts at an earlier time in the outdoor courtyard of Bennigans Bar. This year we invite past favourites and a couple of debuts from Gary Dodds and Flounder.
In the outdoor area the DJs will play vinyl-only sets taking us into the night when we transition inside to the wee room where the party will continue and finish off the night.
These are always a great vibe with a fantastic atmosphere.
The courtyard will have Paul Boyle, Flounder and Paul Joyce getting the party started. Continuing the dancing when we move inside, where we will have Mickey Mac, Eamonn Jennings and Gary Dodds taking us to dizzy new heights.
Tickets are priced at £7 and will be available from Eventbrite.

On 23rd May we invite Tony (Feed Me Groove) and Suggzy (Andi Ho) from Sonar Bliss to come up from Belfast

Both these guys produce music together as Haindo Techno and have been finding a bit of form with recent releases and remixes for they're own label Sonar Bliss plus Hobin Rude , Bris Beats Records , The Free Booter Lounge, also out on Freebooter Lounge. Between both of these lads there's a wealth of DJing experience, which I've witnessed in a club, hence the reason why their playing for us, so expect great dancefloor action
Also on the bill is Rhythmikk with a debut warm-up set that will have ya grooving. And no stranger to the decks in and around the Derry scene for years, Damien Boyle .
Looking forward to this BIG TIME.
