🔥 PART TIME CHEF WANTED 🔥

We’re looking for a part-time chef to join our busy restaurant team.

📍 Hours: 15–20 hours per week

Your role will include:
• Preparing and serving part of the menu in front of guests
• Working in a busy, fast-paced, and hot kitchen environment
• Setting up your section ready for service
• Executing the menu to a high standard every service
• Cutting top-quality smoked brisket and other smoked meats
• Using an Argentinian grill
• Learning and working alongside our on-site smokers

We’re looking for someone who:
• Can work well under pressure
• Has passion for BBQ and quality food
• Takes pride in presentation and consistency
• Is willing to learn and grow with the team
• Brings good energy and teamwork to every shift

Experience is preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important 🔥👊

Over the last 12 weeks the support has been absolutely amazing. We’ve loved meeting so many family, friends, and plenty of new faces along the way — thank you all so much for the continued support 🔥👊

We’ll be closing for one week to recharge our batteries and spend some time with the family.

We’ll be back open and ready to go on the 3rd of June.
