Well… what a weekend.

Our last takeaway and sit-down service — and from the second we opened the doors, you absolutely SLAMMED us. 🔥

Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish this chapter.

To every single person who came through those doors this weekend, THANK YOU.

To everyone who has supported Reds over the last year — ordered food, sat at our tables, shared our posts, recommended us, messaged us, brought friends and family in, or simply told someone how much you enjoyed our food — you helped build this.

And to the regulars who have been there from the very beginning, right through until our final service… ❤️

You know who you are.

Seeing your faces again this weekend meant more to us than you probably realise.

I’m proud.

Properly fu***ng proud.

In just one year, we took an idea, a love for BBQ and a vision and turned it into Reds Brisket Pit.

There have been incredible highs, but behind the scenes there have also been some seriously tough days.

Anyone who works in hospitality — give yourself a massive pat on the back.

This industry is brutal.

The hours. The stress. The sleepless nights. The prep. The costs. The equipment going wrong at the worst possible moment. The problems nobody sees.

People sit down, take that first bite and see the finished product.

What they don’t see are the hours and hours of work, stress, sacrifice and passion that went into putting that plate in front of them.

And I’ve got massive respect for anyone doing it day after day. 👊

But hear me when I say this…

REDS IS NOT FINISHED.

The restaurant side of this journey is NOT DONE.

Right now simply isn’t the right time for us.

But I’ve got a vision for what Reds can become — bigger, better and stronger than before.

And one day, when the time is right…

WE WILL BE BACK. 🔥🔥🔥

Mark my words.

Until then, I have one favour to ask.
