Croft & District Flower Club

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that Croft Flower Club is no more.
Due to various factors it was impossible to continue, so after a meeting of the committee and members the club closure was declared.
The members received a gift voucher, garden bulbs and will enjoy an afternoon tea as leaving gifts.
The remaining money as per NAFAS rules is being donated to charity. Half to the committee's choice and the remainder divided between the 3 chosen by the members. As there were only 3 nominations it was decided to share rather than pick just one.

Flower arranging kits , a lot of us at the moment are not comfortable going out so I thought I would create fabulous virtual flower arranging workshops.
Receive your kit in advance and then you will be given a code to watch a pre recorded video of the design you are going to make .
Why not have a friend round for a socially distanced flower workshop.

It is with sadness that I have to announce the loss of one of the club's members Mary who lost her long battle with illness yesterday afternoon.

She will be missed by a great many as she was a very active member of the club not only in her role on the committee but also as a fundraiser, growing and selling plants with her late husband Micheal to boost the club coffers.
RIP Mary.

Important Coronavirus Covid-19 notice

The next meeting is WEDNESDAY 18 MARCH at the usual time.

The committee have taken the NAFAS guidelines into consideration and have made the decision to NOT cancel the March meeting.

Please note that there will be NO refreshments provided at this meeting.

They ask though please that if you feel unwell to not attend for the safety of the demonstrator and other members/guests.
