Spring Dance

A reminder that the Spring dance will be held on Friday 15th May starting at 7.30 pm. There are still a few tickets available for the late comers. Wooden forks will be provided with the jacket potato supper but it is recommended that you bring your own cutlery.

Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th May. In order to minimize the loss of dancing time the meeting will commence at 7.15 pm.
Please see, as attachments, the agenda and the minutes of last year’s meeting which was held on 14th May. If you have access to a printer it would be appreciated if you could bring copies of these documents with you. However, don’t worry too much as copies will be available on the night. Also available at the meeting will be copies of the Profit and Loss Account for the financial year ending on 30th April..

John Miller

We are greatly saddened to learn of the passing of John Miller. John was a loyal member of the club for many years and was the regular dancing partner of Josie. The funeral arrangements are not yet finalised but will be announced as soon as they are known.
