After a quiet start to 2022 (Nov21-May22) due to spine surgery my diary remained closed till I was given all clear from surgeon to start lifting again this has in turn made 2022 a quiet year for me It’s like Kick Starting a motor again of business after six months off.
This is my quietest December exc covid year&last year for op.
