Bottle and Thyme hosts a variety of exciting events and is the home to live acoustic music every week. We love to hear from new and upcoming local artists who share our love of music. We are passionate about working with local businneses and suppliers. Our fruit and vegetables are sourced from the local market, our speciality coffee beans are roasted just around the corner and your coffee mug has been hand crafted just a few streets away. Crispy hoisin duck bennie - crispy duck, hoisin hollandaise, fresh chilli, pickled smacked cucumber, spring onion, sesame seeds, chilli oil, brioche toast. Every day, 9-3.

Grilled apricot and ricotta french toast -
vanilla apricots, whipped ricotta and mascarpone, brown butter crumble, bourbon peach puree, candied pecans, brioche french toast. Mon-Sat 9-12 / Sun 9-3.

A moment for our hot honey and feta poached eggs! Served with avocado, confit baby tomatoes, dressed rocket, poached Cackleberry Farm , coriander hollandaise, candied red chilli, toasted sourdough. This takes it in turns with our Korean chicken benedict to be our top brunch seller and is a team favourite 🍳

We’re open from 9 for all day bank holiday brunch, with last kitchen orders at 3pm ☕️
